CLINICIANS:
Tracey Weigand, MSW (Executive Director)
Tracey received her Clinical Social Work licensure in Maryland where she practiced as a child and
family therapist in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In addition, she has over 10 years
experience in the field of Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis as a Psychotherapist,
Program Administrator, Staff Trainer, and Consultant. In 2002, Tracey chartered Behavioral
Solutions for Children to provide behavioral intervention services to the Napa Valley.
Vicki Caul-Posey, MA, Credentialed in Early Childhood Special Ed (EI Specialist)
Vicki Caul-Posey has over thirty years of experience in Child Development, Early Childhood
Education and Special Education. She has spent the last ten years teaching Special Education,
concentrating on preschoolers with autism spectrum disorders. She is knowledgeable and
experienced in a variety of methodologies that are used to support teaching strategies in the home
and school-based programs.
PROGRAM ASSOCIATES:
Our Program Associates are hired because of their educational background, their talent, and most
importantly, their commitment, dedication, and love for children with behavioral challenges and
special needs. Each of our Program Associates has a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and/or four
years of direct experience working with children.
